All nominations shall be submitted in an online nomination site at hussayatssaysay.com starting July 27, 2024.

Nominees should only be nominated under one category.

The accomplished nomination form and all supporting documents must be uploaded to the site on or before October 31, 2024.

Only complete and properly accomplished forms shall be accepted.

The SSA Awards Committee will collate all the submitted documents to be turned over to the Board of Judges.

Selection of the awardees will be made by a Board of Judges composed of the following: the Archbishop of the Archdiocese of San Fernando, the Superior of the Benedictine Community in SSA-SF, the Directress of SSA-SF, former Superior assigned at SSA-SF, the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of SSA-SF, and two (2) lay persons in Pampanga. The Board of Judges shall be constituted by the SSA Board of Trustees.

The Board of Judges’ recommendations shall be submitted to the SSA Board of Trustees for approval. The decisions of the Board of Trustees are final and unappealable.

The awardees will be immediately notified by the SSA Awards Committee. In the event that the awardee declines to accept the award, SSA reserves the right to withdraw the award.

The announcement of the 100 awardees will be on February 8, 2025. The awarding rites will be on June 21, 2025.
